Christina Lee is an entrepreneur, Pilates enthusiast, and certified Pilates trainer based in San Francisco, California. She is the founder of Organic Shimmer, a wellness-rooted business built on her passion for clean living, movement, and helping women feel at home in their bodies. Christina came to midlife with a lot of questions and not enough honest answers — so she started asking them out loud. She's the one who goes down the rabbit hole on peptides at midnight and shows up to the next recording with a notebook full of findings. Grounded, practical, and deeply curious, she's not here to sell you anything — she's here to figure it out right alongside you.
